Assists in the execution of marketing rebate promotion department activities.
Part Time Temporary Data Entry
This is a part time temporary. The duration will be approximately March-August 2024. You will be entering data into spreadsheets for our rebate promotion period.
Administrative which include:
- Validating sales order numbers
- Data entry into excel including filtering/ sorting
- Filing
- Copying

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma, college degree preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
· Excel- basic commands and operations – filtering/ sorting
· Ability to follow up with inquiries and requests for information
· Strong organizational, analytical and reasoning skills
· Ability to work independently without close supervision
LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS
· Verbal Communication
· Effective written and oral communication skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
· Strong math skills to process rebates and budgets such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages. Basic spreadsheet formulas.
REASONING ABILITY
· Ability to resolve conflicts with dealers

No special Licenses required.
