Marketing Activation Services Manager
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid, 1 to 2 days onsite)
Pay Rate: 51.00/hr
Duration: 5 month contract
Job Responsibilities
- Leading weekly meetings with brand, channel, BTL, and production teams to move the process from concept to final mechanicals on every item.
- Evaluating concepts for displays and custom items for feasibility with the production agency.
- Providing expertise on material choices including ensuring that materials are compliant with our sustainability guidelines.
- Evaluating preproduction samples and ushering artwork, proofs, and samples through approvals with brand and channel team.
- Ensuring all necessary information is provided in the required format for our national POS buying periods.
- Communicating constantly with all parties to notify of any required changes to artwork, items, pricing and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in POS production or procurement, promotions, management, or trade marketing.
- Project management and budget management skills.
- Preferred experience in FMCG, BevAlc, or lifestyle categories
- Experience with the production process from start to finish for all varieties of point-of-sale material—print, premiums, displays, racks, barware.
- Must be results-oriented, organized, demonstrating the ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
- Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and meet deadlines.
- General understanding of US Spirits market and channel dynamics.
