The foundation for our contract manufacturing services originates from our team of renowned Applications, Engineering, and Manufacturing professionals with deep and rich expertise in the design, engineering, and high volume production of complex opto-electronics devices, sensors, electronics, firmware and software of OEM spectroscopy and analytical instrumentation. Our contract manufacturing division is a natural extension of our current photonics expertise and focuses on photonics devices for the life sciences, medical devices, and lab analyzer instrumentation space. By leveraging our production capabilities in photonics and spectroscopy related devices, we are the ideal contract manufacturing partner for adjacent medical devices.

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in production/manufacturing engineering.
• Knows about norms and directives in the medical devices space (TQM system and ISO13485, FDA registration, clean room protocols, etc.).
• Intangibles are key: Business acumen, talent and drive to build up a whole new business division. Coming up with a smart, non-standard business acquisition approach. Ability to work independently. Strong Business Development and presentation skills.
• Needs to fit into our team and live the company values (Accountability, Trust, Integrity, Passion, Perseverance, Customer Focus & Service, Innovation).
• Well-connected in the industry. They must already have connections.
• Prefer ability to travel to NY occasionally, job can be anywhere (remote), no sponsorship.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
