We are seeking an outstanding leader to manage Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery and Smart Cremation – Memphis in the heart of beautiful East Memphis as the Managing Partner of Operations.

This position will be responsible for directing and leading cemetery and funeral home operations, driving growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume and revenue goals. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, leadership, project management, and customer service skills while also being a self-starter who is driven to succeed through collaboration and empowering our high caliber team of professionals to win every interaction.

• 5+ years of management experience in the cemetery and funeral profession. With an understanding of both sales and operations.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, project management, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to easily learn most computer software platforms to aid in operational efficiencies.
• Proven track record of developing teams.
• Comfortable with total responsibility for business’s success.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
