In this role, you will play a crucial role in our organization by accurately inputting and updating data in our systems. Responsibilities;
- Input and update data in our computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as data cleansing and de-duplication.
- Generate reports from databases based on defined criteria.
- Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data entry guidelines and procedures.
Requirements;
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data management concepts and best practices is a plus.
