What's Expected:Develop, and prepare meaningful, timely, and accurate analysis of critical financial information and metrics for use in management's evaluation of results and determination of strategic and business objectives and alternativesImplement new processes and tools to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts, financial planning consolidations, and tracking of key investments and performance metricsPrepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership team meetings, and various company strategic initiatives and support the strategic business planning processDrive the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planningProactively anticipate risks to achieve committed corporate and business goals and identify opportunities to improve performance and financial resultsWork collaboratively with other functional leadership in promoting a positive team cultureLead strategic projects and support senior leadership on ad hoc research and analysisRequirements:Integrity: The right way is the only way. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related degree 4+ years' experience in FP&A or 2+ years in Investment Banking or Management ConsultingHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment preferredExperience working with Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tool preferredProficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systemsDemonstrate organizational skillsDemonstrate effective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate analytical skills when problem-solvingDemonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyPIbc9d84a80e27-25660-34629770
