Digital Event Manager
The Digital Event Manager will create a process to easily and efficiently facilitate and augment events by leveraging technology, responding quickly to evolving needs, and pushing out information to attendees.
The Digital Event Manager will strategize and plan Digital Event concepts and objectives that include creating websites, managing registrations, generating registrant event marketing, monitor payment systems, badge printing and app development. This person will oversee all technical setup ensuring functionality for a positive attendee experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail orientated, tech savvy with the ability to drive innovative solutions, manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, collaborative and be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and update all website builds and mobile applications through CVENT technology platform.
- Oversee registration processes, payment processing, refunds, attendee surveys, report generating, event check in and badge printing, and app creation.
- Provide internal and external customer service support.
- Manage all required integrations from various systems and design platforms.
- Compile analytical data and explore trends for future website build out.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to capture event needs.
- Provide ongoing information for stakeholders of product releases and updates.
- Stay consistent with technology and industry trends.
- Collaborate with CVENT on a technology roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience with event technology and mobile application development.
- CVENT certification or experience in CSM software.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Coding skills a plus.
- Experience with web graphics and multimedia proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Product Suites.
- Mobile app development is a plus.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects as an initiative-taker that are deadline driven.
- Marketing background preferred.
- Minimal travel may be required.
