Vendor Flex is a program that unlocks incremental value for Amazon vendors, customers, and Supply Chain, by operating small-scale order fulfillment centers co-located in vendors' warehouse space. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, self-starter and leader with experience in delivering complex, cross-functional operational and Supply Chain programs. This leader is responsible for identifying, creating, and driving innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in the way we manage our business. This Leader ofSupply Chain Management will lead our Business Execution team, responsible for ownership and improvement of the site health of our 150+ Vendor Flex sites across the US. This individual will manage the team and infrastructure that operates at the intersection of external vendor relationships, Amazon Retail, and Vendor Flex operations teams. From this position, the individual will design the mechanisms and architecture to surface valuable insights across these relationships at scale, and directly influence the organization's project roadmap and prioritization.

- End-to-end ownership of the performance and metrics of Vendor Flex, responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly business trends that allow the program to continue delivering results and reducing Supply Chain complexity.
- Management of a growing team of Business analysts responsible for interacting daily with external vendors on key performance indicators, identifying issues and driving to resolution. This role will additionally, serve as a conduit between cross-functional business, technology, finance, and operations teams.
- Ownership and implementation of high-visibility projects that enable rich data that informs our understanding of the vendor experience.
- Ownership and implementation of high-visibility projects that use these data insights to build processes and tools that reduce friction in the vendor relationship, allowing vendors to better adhere to Vendor Flex and customer expectations.
- The role requires Supply Chain expertise and analytical background to analyze and leverage complex data to inform business decisions.
