Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares Parts team is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time in support of global capacity requirements. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Spares Supply Chain Program Manager to drive our communications strategy, rhythm of business, and critical communications for global stakeholders in Microsoft Cloud datacenters and Engineering Group organizations, in addition to responsibilities aimed at strategic research and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Monthly Business Reviews, stakeholder roundtables, and other forums aimed as listening to the voice of the customer, reviewing Spares Supply Chain performance, and building continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Drive a communications strategy for the Global Customer Operations team, proactively communicating key updates on supply risks and availability, Supply Chain disruptions, readiness for key events, and Spares Supply Chain response to Severity 1 and 2 events. As a part of this responsibility, the candidate should have capable executive communication skills, an ability to synthesize multiple data points into concise messaging, and be able to tailor and adjust messaging to fit the audience.
- Partner with the leader of the Global Customer Operations team to research industry best practices on Voice of the Customer and support for a Cloud Services environment, summarizing recommendations for high priority items and the improvement roadmap. Based on this research and via guidance from Customer Operations leadership, drive programs to deliver the roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvement programs to ensure that internal customer pain points are proactively understood, managed for risk, and implemented with success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, Supply Chain, logistics, operations-related roles
- or engineering OR equivalent experience.

Fulfillment & Logistics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
