Location: Seattle, WA (On-site / Hybrid)

Tasso is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup that delivers at-home diagnostic testing to those who need it most. Tasso was founded to find a better way to collect blood than a painful fingerstick or time-consuming venous draw. Since then, our products have been used in pharmaceutical clinical trials, athletics, and hospital systems. We are growing our footprint with leading health systems, clinical research organizations, academic medical centers, and anyone looking to deliver clinical-grade, convenient diagnostic tests to their patients.
We need:
A motivated Supply Chain Senior Manager who will ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our Supply Chain, including materials procurement, processing and order fulfillment.
You will:
  • Contribute to the Production Plan using S&OP monthly process derived from sales forecasts.
  • Manage current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities.
  • Analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepare consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal Supply Chain execution.
  • Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes.
  • Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts.
  • Maintain a high-level view of our current Supply Chain strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Improve and curate reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information.
  • Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal inventory and timelines.
  • Develop contingency plans to account for temporary materials or transportation disruption.
  • Collect data on Supply Chain operations.
  • Create and maintain Vendor Scorecards
  • Manage a Senior Buyer to create POs and PRs to satisfy production and NPI demand.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of Supply Chain operations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance Supply Chain operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
  • Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
  • Measure Supply Chain performance and report to management.
  • Work with the procurement, logistics and production departments to enhance service delivery.

You bring:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred. (An associate degree with relevant, direct experience is acceptable.)
  • 6+ years’ experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and future forecasting in a manufacturing environment,
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Supply Chain, and planning
  • Experience managing contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Proficient with ERP software and other standard office technology
  • Experience in production and inventory management and ability to operate a computerized inventory system.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
