The Manager of Solutions Marketing will support extending our leadership position through the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption and success of our energy solutions in greener capacity, smart grid, carbon-free electricity, digital solutions and e-everything. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Marketing, this role is responsible for creating compelling messaging, content and campaigns for our solutions that resonate with our current and prospective customers.

The successful candidate enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment with multi-functional teams and is both strategically minded with the ability to see the bigger picture in planning and diligent in execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions architecture and portfolio of offerings, and their competitive advantages across our markets
  • Leverage the Marketing Insights team to conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape for use in solutions positioning
  • Create and implement go-to-market plans for new solutions offering launches and updates, defining messaging, content strategy and promotional channels
  • Optimize account-based marketing efforts through generation, expansion and retention
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop materials such as collateral, including commercial materials, web content and other marketing materials to communicate the value proposition of our solutions
  • Craft compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning for our solutions that resonate with customers
  • Work closely with Innovation, Solutions and Commercial teams to provide the tools and resources needed to market solutions effectively, including training, presentations and other support materials
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness and growth across the solutions portfolio
  • Contribute to innovation process and solutions development through for offerings at various lifecycle phases, including gathering customer feedback and market trends
  • Gather data for measurement, optimization, and experimentation

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 8-10+ years of Solutions Marketing, product marketing or related experiences with roles of increasing responsibility in a global organization
  • Energy industry or relevant business-to-business industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning and messaging
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity in developing compelling solutions messaging and marketing materials
  • Analytical approach with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of industry trends and standard methodologies
