Urban/Community Planner

Tatra Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Master Urban/Community Planner that will assist with Military Construction (MILCON) for the 9th Mission Support Command Department of Public Works at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, HI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master/Community Planning
• General Engineering and Military Construction assistance
• Management of diverse plans program areas.
• Travel throughout the Pacific region 10 weeks per year.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years (5) of U.S. Army Master Planning Experience OR Three (3) years U.S. Army Master Planning Experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Geography, or related discipline from an accredited university.
• At least one (1) year of experience with each of the following U.S. Army/Department of Defense Computer Systems: Programming Administration & Execution System (PAX); Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP); Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS)
• At least one (1) year of experience with U.S. Army Pacific operations

• Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
