As a home health aide, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

As a home health aide with A Better Solution, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Giving reminders and helping with medication self-administration.
• Preparing and serving meals, catering to specific dietary requirements.
• Offering companionship and fostering social interaction.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry when required.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.

2. Reliable Transportation

3. Communicate in English (Spanish is a plus)

4. Maintain a neat appearance
