The Opportunity

In this role you will lead complex GBS transition projects (multilocation) and program managed finance technology projects. Also lead continuous improvement projects and helped in driving standardization in finance organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors. Also, directs day to day work assignments while coaching, mentoring and setting priorities.
  • Requires broad experience in Project Management tools and processes, and ability to: facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, develop / validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions.
  • Handled large Finance Tools and Technology implementation, like, ERP implementation, Blackline Implementation, etc.
  • Designing, establishing and monitoring the organization's project management goals.
  • Collaborating with clients on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

Degree Requirement

Bachelors Degree in finance plus !0+ years of experience
