This role is responsible for leading hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role drives the orchestration of various technical projects and fosters innovation through effective leadership, communication, and technical acumen. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the successful execution of technical projects that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital services program strategy aligned with HP Digital Services' business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of digital services
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, internally and sometimes externally, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop contingency plans and problem-solving strategies to address challenges as they arise.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of digital services, cloud technologies, and emerging trends within the workforce solutions domain.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.
