The CSC Program Manager provides oversight, supervision, and management of the Coordinated Specialty Care First Episode Psychosis Team as they provide comprehensive Case Management, Counseling, Skills Training, Supported Employment & Education, Peer Specialist, Family Partner, and psychiatric services to individuals, age 15-30, who recently experienced a first episode of psychosis and who qualify for this specialized program.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Responsible for ensuring that the Coordinated Specialty Care Team provides clinically appropriate care to individuals qualifying for FEP services and that services are delivered with fidelity to the CSC model.
- Shares responsibility for all personnel functions of supervisees including hiring, evaluation, scheduling, discipline, etc.
- Responsible for working with Directors and Managers to ensure financial and program goals are appropriately managed and achieved.
- Provides training and supervision of CSC staff.
- Ensures the monitoring and tracking of care goals to enhance continuity of care from and to external providers, i.e. hospitals, emergency rooms and jails.
- Will assist with the development and implementation of the CSC services by participating in training, research, policy and procedure development and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Responsible for ensuring all CSC State guidelines, rules, regulations are met and maintained, and that the program remains in good standing with HHSC audits and reviews.
- Provides consultation and feedback on assigned caseloads to behavioral health staff as part of the care team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system and judicial procedures
- Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding
- Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff, and community providers
- Supervisory skills including problem resolution and maintaining relationships with community partners.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and duties.
- Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
- Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Local travel 90% of the time, and Regional Travel 10% of time.
- Responsible for determining eligibility and overseeing unit compliance.
Education and Experience
- Master's in social work, counseling, psychology marriage and family or related field. Required
- 1 Year Case management experience Preferred
- Full licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, PhD, or PsyD. Preferred
Hours: 8AM-5PM M-F (other times as needed to meet the needs of the unit)
Salary: $52,400 Annual Salary
