  • Evaluate and negotiate benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Ensure benefits compliance with local laws and regulations in international locations

Performance Management
  • Lead the execution of the company's performance management process
  • Work closely with Department Leaders to ensure performance goals and metrics are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices

Total Rewards Communication
  • Communicate and educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages
  • Develop clear and transparent communication materials to help employees understand the value of their Total Rewards

Global Expansion Support
  • Collaborate with other members of the People and Legal team to develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding our People function globally, including opening new offices, establishing HR policies and procedures, and complying with international employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure a consistent employee experience and adherence to global HR standards
  • Stay updated on international HR trends and best practices to inform decision-making

What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of international HR practices
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing compensation strategies and performance management processes
