  • Contribute to, and in some cases lead, strategic initiatives, projects and/or workstreams.
  • Act as a subject matter authority in compensation or benefits, providing critical insights to both the team and senior leadership.
  • Manage and safeguard the dissemination of confidential survey data with integrity and analytical acumen.
  • Represent the SVP in high-level meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and accountability.
  • Provide strategic analysis and deliver timely insights related to trends in Total Rewards, new legislation, and broader ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Cultivate influential partnerships within and outside of the people team to foster a collaborative leadership dynamic.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on compensation and benefits strategy.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • A track record of executive-level leadership and influence in a complex, dynamic organization.
  • Superior organizational acumen with the capacity to prioritize and manage a diverse project portfolio.
  • Strategic foresight with an exceptional aptitude for proactive problem solving.
  • Advanced communication skills, ensuring clarity and influence as an executive representative.
  • Discretion and sophistication in handling sensitive information and complex negotiations.
