The Manager of Centralized Records is responsible for maintaining all aircraft records for the company in addition to overseeing the Airworthiness Directive program. They will work routinely with the FAA in retrieving documentation as requested. They will oversee Lease Returns in regards to ensuring all records are complete and available for transition. The Manager of Centralized Records reports directly to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain proper storage and maintenance of Aircraft Records
- Control of back to birth records for Life Limited Parts
- Maintain permanent records in an organized manner
- Oversee the Airworthiness Directive program
- Perform complete Audit of all Records for an aircraft (as needed)
- Responsible for daily administration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Holds a Mechanic's Certificate with an Airframe and Powerplant rating or general knowledge of Maintenance and Inspection programs.
- Have knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically Title 14 section 121.
- Have at least one year experience in a supervisory role in the aviation industry.
