Part-Time Assistant Manager / Maintenance Specialist:

Towne Storage Management Co. (www.townestorage.com) is looking to hire one Part-time Time Assistant Manager / Maintenance Specialist to work at our Phoenix location.  The pay rate is up to $18.00 / HR, plus bonuses and commissions.

Hours for this Part-time Assistant Manager /Maintenance specialist position are within our scheduled business hours:

• Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00
• Saturday 8:00-5:00

Candidates for this Part-time Assistant Manager / Maintenance Specialist position need to have the following qualifications:

• Available during office hours.
• Able to perform light office duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail: Maintenance issues must be documented and reported. Time tracking is also important so that work can be appropriately assigned and billed.
• Ability to build, implement, and track a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Must be a self-starter and recognize need before a task is assigned.
• Be able to perform regular maintenance duties including but not limited to minor fixes such as repairing locks, completing regular maintenance tasks, inspecting & trouble shooting various items, swamp cooler maintenance, minor repair and replace all property lighting.
• Be able to perform regular cleaning duties including but not limited to trash collection, bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, painting & maintaining outside landscaping grounds in between services,
• Have a fun, energetic, customer service personality.
• Have a high work ethic.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities Part-time Assistant Manager / Maintenance Specialists position include:

• Maintain the daily maintenance operations of a site
• Provide excellent customer service
