House Manager Group Homes (Female Only)

***Pay Rate $19- $22 per hour***

**Hours Monday-Thursday 3p-11p**

**SIGN ON BONUSES**

- If we are able to start you within 10 days you will receive $100.

-After 90 days with no corrective action or attendance issues you will receive $300.

At Changing Lives LLC our mission is to provide services in Arizona for families and individuals with special needs by focusing on enhancing both their skills and abilities. With an emphasis on Habilitation, our priority is to assist individuals in meeting future goals with in the home, day program or work environment by providing the necessary tools in becoming a productive and contributing citizens.

We are looking for an experienced House Manager who is motivated, attentive, and organized. The House Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the group home, train staff, and ensure members needs are being met. We also need someone who is willing to carry out regular DSP duties like cook healthy meals, keep our Group Homes clean and safe, Drive to and from appointments and participate in activities with individuals as well as working work on certain goals with members to increase their independence.

We work with individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities and who receive services from DDD. This is a group home setting.

Applicants MUST be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of GED or High School Diploma.

Additional Items Preferred But Not Required:

-Must be able to obtain a level 1 Finger Print clearance card.

-Article 9 Certification

- Prevention and Support Certification

-Adult/child/infant CPR and First Aid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
