Group Home Manager (DDD) Salary: $40,000.00 per year
We are looking to fill the following Manager Schedules:
*******Wednesday-Sunday 2PM-10PM.
*******Monday-Wednesday 2PM-10PM, SAT&SUN 6AM-2PM.
* ONLY Applyif you.... Have Group Home Management Experience & Must meet the following Requirement’s.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
*Must maintain a Level 1 fingerprint Clearance card.
*Have a valid AZ Driver’s License.
*Article 9.
*Prevention & Support.
*First Aid.
*CPR.
- Group Home managerial experience is a MUST!
- 2.5 years’ experience working in a Group Home or a similar Direct Care setting as a manager.

To succeed in this role, you should be organized and driven! A Home Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support residents' high quality of life, and manage direct care staff within the Group Home. The Home Manager will oversee operations at the Group Home level. Duties will include managing the home, services, and direct care staff. This job can be demanding/challenging but very rewarding and requires flexibility as the hours reflect on meeting the needs of the residents in our care.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Responsible for the management and support of our Group Home program by implementing Mi Casa Su Casa’s mission, vision and values and includes making a positive impact on the support and running of the Group Home.
Responsible for managing and leading Direct Care Staff, including enforcing performance and attendance standards. Accountable for the following: home residents, employees, staffing, coverage needs, & Group Home operations.
Overseeing and managing appointments and appointment communication for residents.
Ensure residents have support of daily living, accessing the community, medication and medical issues when indicated, and frequently interacts with contracted behavioral support.
Ensures that a clean and safe environment is maintained, and that support provided meets expectations of Mi Casa Su Casa; complies with all relevant licensing requirements.
