Summary:
Demonstrates leadership and a positive attitude with the team members, delegating tasks, giving instructions, and participating.
Directs and helps train new and existing team members on the brand’s mission, restaurant standards, and expectations while casting a clear Vision.
Assistant Manager are to assist the Restaurant General Manager in any way possible to drive the business forward by helping improve training and help with daily operations while upholding our standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging/genuine service to all guests and employees.
- Uphold our standard of providing great food which creates raving fans.
- Ensure our restaurant is always clean and comfortable for our guests.
- Training and development of all existing and new employees.
- Clear communication amongst Shift Leads & Management Team.
- Help open/close the restaurant when the GM or District Manager is not present.
- Uphold all cash-handling responsibilities.
- Uphold all restaurant standards (completion of checklists, steps of service, delegation of tasks/duties to team members)
- Supports the team by helping bus tables, stock restaurant supplies on the floor when needed.
- Assist General Manager facilitate FOH and BOH.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
