Manager, HR Operations 

This Is What You’ll Do:

• Administer and manage the company's leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including FMLA.
• Provide direct oversight for Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring timely filing, documentation, and reporting for OSHA compliance.
• Supervise the process of unemployment claims, ensuring all filings are submitted in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities across the HR function for centralization and develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce organizational risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and data analysis.
• Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

This Is What It Takes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on leave management, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
