JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions

  • Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes

  • Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs

  • Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.

  • KSAs: Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

  • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Normally receives established instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

  • Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy

  • Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.

  • Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

  • May provide limited guidance to lower level staff.

  • Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree / Diploma and 2-4 years. May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.
