Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a Manager – Digital Product Operations for the Lumi Program Delivery and Use Case Enablement team within the Enterprise Data Platform organization. You will build relationships and work across multiple teams and organizations to work with customers and key stakeholders to provide a terrific Lumi customer enablement experience across the major enterprise data platforms.   • Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to deliver Lumi capabilities that improve the overall experience for our big data customers and teams
  • Lead discussions to build use case and data onboarding roadmaps with the Finance teams and execute on the plan
  • Actively drive communication and sharing sessions with big data customers in Finance to drive use case transformation onto Lumi with a focus on Finance Modernization, Fast Forward, and Finance ODL
  • Drive communication for EDP leadership and to customers (Lumi value stories, presentations, etc.)
  • Support Lumi platform enhancements by leveraging feedback from Finance customers and work across the solutions management and product teams to drive positive results
  • Partner with customer success team to enhance Lumi training opportunities for customers
  • Effectively implement use cases with cooperative engagement from business partners and technical leaders
  • Conduct meetings that encourage teamwork while driving effective corrective actions and prioritizing necessary process enhancements to improve performance and availability
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing elite Enterprise Data Platform services
  • Utilize and define operational standards, requirements, and associated documentation – ensure all processes are clear and auditable
  • Champion an external perspective in delivering solutions via a deep understanding of the external landscape; inspire and infuse external perspective across workstreams to modernize the platform

Qualification Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Operations Management with proven track record in carrying out discovery and analysis to support our Big Data Strategy and Roadmap
  • Experience handling customer interactions and executive reporting
  • Ambitious with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to present strategies to senior leaders and drive decision-making
  • Proficient using PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, and Tableau
  • Data Driven: Responsible for gathering and using data and analytics to deliver great customer experiences
  • Customer First: Obsess over customer needs - identify opportunities and gaps, work to address those needs
  • Measure and Learn: Maintain metrics and key performance indicators to manage use case onboarding
  • Partner and Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, data, analytics and product management teams to deliver results
  • Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners
  • Shows a genuine personal dedication to successfully completing all projects with an ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Confirmed history influencing and getting results for enterprise-level projects
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Confidence and the ability to handle ambiguity, multiple tasks, shifting priorities and set schedule to meet deliverables (works with a positive attitude, be flexible, and prioritize tasks)
  • Strategic thinker, who is able to combine technical skills with overall business strategy to creatively resolve complex problems in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
  • Degree in STEM fields with work experience in information management, strategy, or the payments business

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
