Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead DigitalProduct Owner to join Commercial Banking & Corporate Investment Banking (CB-CIB) Digital Channels. The CB CIB Digital is looking for dynamic individual to focus on building and evolving new Digital Payments experiences for "Wells Fargo Vantage", while partnering with multiple product teams across the organization. This individual will support the strategic roadmap, product vision and end-to-end execution in creating and delivering transformational experiences for specific product(s) within the individual journeys on Vantage such as Payment in the Money Movement Team. The successful candidate will be able to build new experiences, leverage their well-rounded analytical, business, and communication skills, leadership capabilities, and must be a team player.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product or functional area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of current and anticipated needs
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product or functional area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital, product management, banking industry or financial services industry experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- 1+ years of Payments experience
- Translates business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
- Uses data & analysis to identify (i.e. reporting and tools like Tableau, Excel, MS Office) and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product
- Excellent verbal & written communication at all levels
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team members
- Experience in digital production across all channels, platforms, and devices
- Ability to identify trends and recommend product enhancements
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Self-starter and highly motivated for success

- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives spanning across multiple functions and multiple lines of business
- A BS/BA degree or higher

- Base Pay Range for NYC & Bay Area: $115,900 - $206,100 USD
