We are looking for a Data Manager to join our team and help manage our Raiser's Edge NXT database. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing data, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy of information. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in gift management, be highly organized, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The Data Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure the accuracy of our data systems and ensure that all data is up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge database including gift entry (including imports), reporting and data pulls.
- Supervise support staff which could include a coordinator, Data Services and interns.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Identify inefficient areas and implement efficient solutions.
- Monthly reconciliation between Raiser's Edge database and Financial Edge accounting database.
- Enhance the acknowledgement process for all gifts.
- Work closely with senior level management to enhance their Raiser's Edge experience.
- Train and support staff on the consistent use of the database.
- Must be a team player with a hands on approach, no task is too big or too small.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
