- Customer Service, including helping customers understand their invoices and pay bills
- Data Entry, including new customer data, new account information
- Document organization, both electronic and physical
- Mailings
There are opportunities to expand the role to include more substantive financial tasks, such as underwriting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or sales role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
