How we LEAD:
Bravado is currently looking for a Creative Operations Manager. The focus of this role is to oversee Creative Operations, systems, and administration. This candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, has a knack for organization, planning, and is an expert communicator. The Creative Operations Manager must have a strong passion for fashion, music, design and art. It is key that this candidate has a team player, positive attitude.
How you'll CREATE:
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Operations:

  • Oversee the Creative team admin and operations: planning, scheduling, and systems interaction, onboarding, and innovation (ex. Aprimo, PLM, Monday.com, Uniport, etc.).
  • Oversee in the flow, assignment, and distribution of the global team's tasks, bandwidth, and schedule.
  • Roll out internal Creative billing efforts and ensure operational process steps are taken.
  • Oversee Creative's legal duties: Freelance artist agreement updates, and new vendor onboarding coordination.
  • Oversee the global team's design schedule and task management for hour-by-hour bandwidth and project assignment.
  • Streamline the Creative team's project workflow by collaborating with Brand Managers and Production for project details and prioritization.
  • Manage the Creative team's global creative finance process: Freelance invoice coding, invoice approvals, and new freelancer set-ups.
  • Enhance, ideate, and troubleshoot project management and asset management systems.
  • Educate the team on key software innovations (project management, asset management, etc.)
  • Execute big picture initiatives that support Creative workflow, organization, and efficiency.
  • Proof-read Creative presentations, production art files, date backs, designs, and any other creative materials.
  • Lead Asset Management process - storing and organizing approved designs, assets, and branded Bravado materials.
  • Train, rollout, ideate, and be present for all systems related maintenance and onboarding.
  • Document and implement team process changes and procedures.
  • Train new staff on our systems and processes and generate updated materials.
  • Plan events and key activations for team building and further education.
  • Support SVP, and Directors administratively.
  • Take notes in meetings for a running list of big picture team to-dos.

General Creative:
  • Assist with design mockups, revisions, decks, and approval links.
  • Revise, refine, and rework existing creative decks and mockups.
  • Contribute mood board references, templates, brand research and briefs for artist requests, pitches, etc.
  • Send briefs to freelancers on behalf of the Creative Directors.

Bring your VIBE:
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fan of and strong knowledge of Creative Operations as it pertains to creative fields, music merchandise or fashion
  • Ability to collaborate with key internal team members, such as product & creative development, legal, finance, brand management, and production teams
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
