OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Operations Manager to work with our rapidly growing in-house agency based in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple teams working on fast-moving, intensive projects that promote both Shark and Ninja products on broadcast, digital and social. This person also has the ability to spot fires in the distance and provide options for mitigating risks and solving problems. Other strengths include managing resources, strong communication skills to keep stakeholders fully aware and involved.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Workswith the Product Development, Creative Services and Marketing Services teamstolead the development and execution of brand building communication strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Own, drive and actively facilitate the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing risks,andschedule.
- Drive the creation and production of short form, long form and digital content.
- Accountable to deliver all elements of the program, from product ideation to end-of-life.
- Identifiesprogram risks, developsmitigation/contingency and tracksprogress.
- Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps necessary to highlight/remedy.
- Channel global information to local teams, act as conduit to support the business.
- Find ways to improve the timelines, capacity and compliance of allcreativeassets generated by the department.

- Direct knowledge of how creative "works" and knows how to utilize a tool to fill in the gaps.
- Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products.
- Broad spectrum of marketing skills, defining strategies, building plans, driving product launches, and front-end innovation management.
- Influencing, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving.
- Comfortable mining and analyzing data and drawing conclusions.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix.
