Responsibilities:
- Provides thought leadership, guidance, and support in developing, problem solving and refining Merchandising Assortment related processes.
- Guides the vision for and development of processes with Merchandising, Tech, Analytics, and Space Planning partners.
- Provides strategic leadership to the Assortment Operations team.
- Supports team efforts to ensure necessary systems and tools are developed and delivered to enable timely and accurate space planning, planograms, reporting, and analysis. Supports creation of framework and accountability for business requirements documentation and user acceptance testing.
- Develops, refines, and manages procedures, processes, and tools for Assortment Operations
- Identifies and builds leadership mechanisms for continuous process improvement to unlock business goals and team member efficiency
- Coordinates and manages workload across a team of Business and Data Analysts in support of accurate and effective data inputs to Merchants, Space Planning and Inventory Teams.
- Contributes to functional strategy development, priority setting, budget planning, and resource allocation.

Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 0-2 years’ leadership experience.
Additional Information:
- This role will observe the 3-day hybrid office model.
- Based in Store Support Office Austin, TX.
