Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Modeling the way first to earn respect from the current team
• Work and understand each position in the kitchen trained by other trainers & leaders
• Strategic transitions during the day preparing the next team for success
• Understands and applies our mindset, processes, and values
• Leads by actions first through a followership mentality vs a "do as I say not as I do" attitude
• Willing to do any task or responsibility throughout the restaurant that any Team Member would be asked to do
• Attends all leadership meetings
• 60 day probation period with a follow up evaluation to confirm you are the right fit for our culture
• Communicates needs and concerns in order to grow with the team

Requirements:

• Open availability/ flexible hours (Monday-Saturday)
• Part-time up to 35 hours w/Full-time potential after evaluation(40 hours/week)
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Comfortable in a teaching setting

REQUIREMENTS

• Open Availability (Monday-Saturday)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• Comfortable in a teaching setting
• 2 years of working in a fast food kitchen
