You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST within the Transportation & Distribution (T&D) Directorate of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of budget tracking to coordinate requirements across multiple codes; 2) Analyzing budget requirements, determining reasonable requests, and tracking and reporting budget trends; 3) Working knowledge of manpower requirements, position management, and/or personnel related programs, including policies and procedures for personnel resource management; 4) Utilizing the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to organize and track personnel actions; and 5) Applying qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of administrative functions, work processes, personnel utilization, and policy implementation.
