Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our team. As a Registered Nurse - Infusion, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients receiving infusion therapy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Duties
- Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients at their homes
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure their safety and well-being
- Assess patients' condition and response to treatment, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experienced Registered Nurse, preferably in infusion therapy or a related field
- Expert at setting up and starting an IV line to finsh.
- Strong understanding of physiology and the effects of medications on the body
- Proficiency in sterile processing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
