Job Description
This limited-duration position would become a member of the Health & Human Services Administrative Services team and would provide essential functions so that HHS Admin staff can be resourced to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernization Project. Responsibilities would include mapping current workflows, meeting with stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, documenting and communicating new processes and procedures, and updating budget and grant monitoring tools in collaboration with Financial Analysts. By creating more efficient processes, the Admin Services team will have more capacity to dedicate to the ERP project.
- Process improvement and documentation.
- Working with highly technical financial documents.
- Expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Ability to take complex information and break it down to easy-to-understand digestible information.
- Strong person-centered communication.
