Maintenance Technician

We are looking for talented Maintenance Techs who have experience in

• Building repair, drywall, paint, and plaster
• Light plumbing, investigating and fixing leaks, snaking drains, unclogging stoppages
• Light electrical, changing light bulbs, light fixtures, and switches
• HVAC, boiler and chiller experience is a bonus, not required

We have multiple full time Maintenance Tech openings in Reston, VA; Alexandria, VA; and Washington, DC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
