HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks)
- Inspects, services, troubleshoots, repairs, replaces, and overhauls all components including the following: truck chassis, body, and drive-train components on a diverse body of equipment.
- Responsible for electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, painting, bodywork, and technical work.
- Completes data entry to record work assignments and will communicate with other Company personnel as needed.
- Practices safety-conscious and environmentally conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Internal Movement Eligibility
- Must be in good standing in current position (no formal performance development – Written Coaching Letter, Corrective or Final Action Notice, within the past 6 months). Has not transferred in the past six months from current department in current station. This requirement can be waived for promotional opportunities such as SA to CSA/CXA or CSA/CXA to Specialty CSA/CXA.
- Be current role for at least 1 year if transferring from outside of the ACS/CGO/Clean/GSE division. Currently on active status, however, if are on an inactive status, you may be eligible to transfer if returned to active status prior to the transfer date.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including fixed or rotating shifts, both indoors and outdoors, including traveling, overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have a minimum of three years of demonstrated ability.
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to and including 50 pounds and occasionally lift items between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Must achieve a satisfactory score on entry tests structured to determine ability to perform required tasks.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply information found in technical documents and manuals.
