What you will be doing:

- Reacting to and repairing production breakdowns
- Contributing to the implementation of a PPM system
- Playing a part in the setup of new manufacturing processes
- Supporting the continuous improvement culture onsite
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed as required.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety policies at all times

What you will need:
\n
- \n
- A time-served apprenticeship in a manufacturing environment
- Good multi-skill ability
- PLC fault-finding experience is desirable.
\n

\n
What you will receive:
\n
A salary of £41,000 (including shift allowance and guaranteed overtime for the startup of the site on the week of the night shift) + pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and good additional earning potential through regular overtime (circa £4,000 per year).
\n
The working hours:
\n
The role will involve working a 3-shift pattern of days (6am-2pm), nights (10pm-6am) and afternoons (2pm-10pm) with the week of the night shift starting on a Sunday and finishing on a Friday morning. You will be required to attend the site from 8pm on Sunday evenings at the start of the week of nights to assist with site startup but will be paid 2 hours of overtime at double time for doing so.
