Job Summary:
Working as a full-time maintenance tech, you are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of drains, dryer vents, doors, filters, etc. by performing routine quarterly inspections as well as other day to day upkeep. You will be working under the supervision of the “Director of Maintenance”
You will be responsible for the upkeep of our properties (interior and exterior) including all building equipment and assets using your skills, experience, and multiple resources at your disposal. You will oversee and coordinate these activities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient operation.
We will provide a company vehicle and credit cards.

Essential Job Functions
- Assess maintenance items as they come in using a work order system
- Purchase all materials as needed to complete the work or projects
- Assess and address all interior and exterior maintenance and repairs as needed
- Keep an inventoried stock of maintenance material in truck
- Assess and address the Building Maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure roof integrity is maintained and drains free of debris
- Respond to all in-store building emergencies communicated
Required Qualifications
- Must be a dedicated worker (3 month probationary period)
- Must be on call for emergency work overnight and weekends
- Must be willing to learn new things
- Must have 5 years’ experience in the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and other various maintenance related trade
- Must have own tools
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Preferred knowledge of Building Maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical and Fire Alarms
- Must be able to use smart phone and have an understanding of work order platforms (We provide the training)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
