POSITION SUMMARY
The PSI Group, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our McAdoo, PA team. Our Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible overseeing all maintenance functions of our single shift operation and insuring that all production equipment performs to its maximum efficiency and output. This supervisor will lead the maintenance team utilizing both a proactive and reactive approach to skilled maintenance service on all equipment. This person will mentor and lead the team utilizing best practices and established policies and procedures. The schedule for this position is predominantly first shift with occasional weekend and / or project work as necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance / facilities functions.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, engineering or equivalent.
- Safety First Mentality.
- Solid knowledge and experience working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems in an industrial settings.
- Working with voltages up to 480
- Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record project management and scheduling and coordination of repairs
- Experience with programming PLC's and utilizing PLC's as a trouble shooting tool
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with ordering part and supplies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years experience (minimum) with welding and fabrication.
