· Experience using SAP plant maintenance for scheduling work and purchasing repair components.
· 5 or more years of experience maintaining industrial equipment.
· Experience trouble-shooting complex hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems.
· Plans and prioritizes work effectively, adapting for changing conditions.
· Good understanding of in the 1910 OSHA CFR.
· Competent using Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
· Experience troubleshooting machines using RS Logix.
· Good Understanding of 480V Power Distribution.
· 5 or more years of experience working in foundry maintenance.
· 5 or more years of experience in maintenance supervision.
· Demonstrated team leadership skills.
· Experience initiating and managing changes to drive improvements.
· Experience with wage/union employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules
