THE JOB
We seek a seasoned professional with the interpersonal skills to foster a culture of providing safe, quality, and cost-effective maintenance programs. In this role you will lead our team of highly technical individuals to troubleshoot and handle problems. As a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Directs and coordinates the activities of a team engaged in repair, Maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment, maintenance of buildings and grounds and utility systems.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and integrate with other plant functions to ensure support.
- Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.
- Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assign tasks.
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor. His work is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- 4+ years of supervisory experience managing technical engineering and execution contractors' teams.
- Certified maintenance reliability professional or similar certification
- Training in predictive maintenance technologies
- Training and knowledge of management of the proactive maintenance model
- Experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
- Experience leading teams OR driving results through teams.
- Lean Six sigma yellow or green belt certification.
- Experience with SAP
