About the Position:

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead comprehensive maintenance programs for commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include supervising staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and duties. Proficiency with technology is essential, as you'll utilize an app to efficiently track and manage all maintenance activities.

Accountability

• Keep accurate records of daily activities and any issues encountered.
• Oversee daily tasks and large projects as well as over see the conversion to ProxGuard.
• Oversee your staff and hold your team accountable for their duties and responsibilities.

Communication

• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to ensure a unified approach to service and problem-solving.

Family

• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to improve overall operations.
• Lead by example, supporting team members.

Exceptional Service

• Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, assisting them with .
• Keep parking lots and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, including trash cans.
• Offer exceptional service by going the extra mile to assist customers with their needs.
• Offer assistance with parking and directions as needed.

Profitability

• Maximize profitability by providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.

About YOU:
