This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity as a Plant Maintenance Manager.
With decades of experience helping their partners and customers grow their business, they have experience in every aspect of online direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales and commercial print. They specialize in personalized printing, business printing, photo printing and on-demand printing.
They have the capacity to produce millions of photos and cards each day as well as books and gift products each year!
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee facility management, including building maintenance, and other related tasks.
- Possess strong electrical skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Oversight of all plant systems (electrical, fire alarm/sprinkler, plumbing, gases, compressed air, HVAC, communications networks, grounds & structure)
- Responsible for maintaining adequate spare parts inventory for equipment - research parts and supplies needed, prepare purchase requisitions, and submit for approval.
Pay: $90-105k DOE
Non-Peak: January - October
Peak Season: November - December

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the printing industry.
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Visio, CAD, or similar experience to maintain and own plant layout
- Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, AC/DC drives, and PLC/NC control troubleshooting (programming experience preferred)
- Interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Ability to work seasonal holidays during Nov-Dec months
- Significant walking, bending, standing
- Physical activities including but not limited to reaching, pulling, pushing, gripping, grabbing, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs
