Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Some college experience would be a plus. Working knowledge of Outlook is crucial. There will be training offered with our software.
Good communication skills are a must in this position and the ability to articulate information to clients and customers.
This job entails reaching out the tenants in single family dwellings to coordinate maintenance issues in the homes and then getting approval from the owners of these homes. This position also involves coordinating vendors to handle the maintenance requests put in the online portal from the tenant. Timing, efficiency and communication will be required...multi-tasking all day between home owners, tenants and vendors.
