- At least six months experience in the Mail Industry.
- Good driving record.
- Good at Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Answer phones and assist patients and customers as needed.
Work Schedule: 7am-4pm
Summary
Assure that all Institutional Mail is handled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with established USPS and MD Anderson guidelines.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Daily Duties Perform task assigned in a timely and accurate manner. Proficient in all aspects of Mail Services. (Processing, Sorting, Delivery)
Administrative Functions Performs various office duties which include answering phones, updating daily logs, and identifying various non-familiar mailings (i.e. lookups, Business Reply, Postage Due, Patient Mail, Accountable Mail)
Problem Solving Assist with misdirect mail, internal and external customer issues and various procedural opportunities.
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent. Class A, B or C driver's license and good driving record as verified with the Department of Transportation.
