AddressWeigh, scan and route all incoming mail to include physical deliveries to line of businesses (LOB’s). Periodically lifts and carry mail sacks, trays, boxes, and packages. Utilizes Mavro software and Opex Machine to scan checks to payment processing LOB’s. Ability to use software to pull reports, reroute documents and manage actionable items.
Uses on-line overnight mail systems; postage meter; Priority, Fed Ex, and UPS sites. Documents, sorts, and routes all priority mail (FedEx, UPS). Perform clerical duties including phone, voicemail systems, typing, filing and competition of forms to include Microsoft, Adobe Pro, Excel, Sendsuite, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and Mavro software. Assist with Retention periods and Regulations for all LOB.
Assist with coding, record and processing all Corporate Services invoices. Ability to drive and assist with mail pick up from USPS and help facilitate the delivery of mail to to a variety of service centers and corporate offices. Assist with managing Shred it bins, Key holders, act as witnesses for LOB. Assist with Branch courier service, schedules, and regulations on transportation.
Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to operate inserter, scale, meter, and other postal equipment. Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and insurability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally & 30 lbs. frequently. Repetitive movements of hands, arms, and legs.
