We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Operations to join our team. As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all departments and operations of Myndfull Care to align with strategic objectives and goals.
- Manage and resolve all employee-related issues, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and oversee budgeting and capital planning for multiple projects and departments.
- Collaborate with human resources to implement and refine policies and procedures.
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive organizational success.
- Address unforeseen challenges and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Oversee clinical operations and monitor the competitive landscape within the industry.
- Identify, train, and develop leaders within the company for management and mentorship roles.
- Provide administrative oversight to clinical managers, assisting in the development, organization, and evaluation of clinical operations.
- Communicate effectively and make informed decisions regarding personnel changes and staff productivity/performance analysis.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of all departments.
- Support workforce optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Act as a liaison for all Myndfull Care entities and represent the organization in various committees, councils, or projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business.
- 10 years of business management experience, with a preference for healthcare experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, etc.) and Project Management.
- 2-3 years of clinical management experience is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in identifying issues and guiding multiple departments effectively.
- Ability to communicate, operate, and liaise effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $206,465.00 - $221,339.00 per year
