Responsibilities: This is an entry-level position with no experience needed.
- Process mailing by sorting, enveloping, and placing it into the proper mail stream.
- Perform interoffice mail pick-up and drop off as scheduled.
- Receive and document all certified and registered mail, provide proper tracking procedures for various departments.
- Sort, organize, scan and upload client mail to CRM.
- Receive and properly upload all inbound faxes.
- Assist staff with outbound faxes when needed.
- Properly categorize and name IRS notices, state notices, financial documents, profit and loss statements, tax prep forms, etc.
- Follow email process and procedures for uploading client mail and faxes, alerting the necessary team of documents received.
- Mail out documents for client signature, ensuring forms are executed properly, and assigning sign here stickies where applicable.
- Checking outgoing power of attorney forms and state and IRS forms for accuracy before mailing.
- Notating and updating CRM with relevant notes.
- Managing client portal uploads by correctly naming and categorizing document uploads.
- Mailing tax returns and tax documents to correct tax offices.
- Communicate with staff effectively through email and Microsoft teams.

- Proficient in Adobe PDF
- Microsoft Outlook, and Word

Compensation: $ 17-19.00/ Hour
